Betty Joanne Winner

Betty Joanne Winner, age 63, of New Brighton, PA, died on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at Celebration Villa of Chippewa. She was born in Rochester, PA on October 9, 1962 and was the daughter of the late Robert E., Sr. and Geraldine Thompson Winner. Before retiring, she had worked as a housekeeper at Heritage Valley Health System. Betty enjoyed traveling, especially to Myrtle Beach, and spending time with her nieces, nephews, great niece, and great nephews.

She is survived by her brother, Robert E. Winner, Jr. of New Brighton, PA; two nephews, SFC Kenneth (Cassie) Heitger, Robert (Payton Brooks) Winner, III; three nieces, Jessica (Denny) Cornman; Sonya Thompson; Madison (Matthew) Sherlock, III; seven great nephews, Brody Thompson; Clay Thompson; Devin Cornman; Hendrix Heitger; Lennon Heitger; Carter Roberts; Matthew Sherlock, IV; and a great niece, Mackenzie Sherlock.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Glenda McFarland.

Family and friends are invited to gather to honor Betty’s memory on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Campbell’s Chippewa Funeral Home, Inc., 2618 Darlington Road, Beaver Falls, PA 15010 (Randy R. Wheeler, supervisor, 724-843-2500).
