Cheryl Ann Butler

Cheryl Ann Phillips Butler passed away peacefully at home on November 19, 2018.

Sherry was born on July 28, 1956 in Buckhannon, West Virginia to Delma Phillips.

She graduated from Ambridge High School. She was a very proud mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Christy Butler.

She is survived by her husband David Clear, her sons Hilton Butler IV and

his wife Christine, Justen Butler and his wife Jennifer, and 9 grandchildren. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Sherry’s nurses, Andrea, Leah, and Terri for taking such wonderful care of her. Private family services were held.
