Mary Lou Brooks, age 94, of Beaver Falls, PA, died on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. She was born in Byesville, OH, on November 1, 1931, and was the daughter of the late Charles Wesley and Bertha Brown Nunley.
Mary Lou is survived by her children, Marsha (Arthur Jay) Barnhouse of Beaver Falls, PA; Brenda K. (the late Richard) DeAngelis of New Brighton, PA; Gary (Deborah) Brooks of Winston-Salem, NC; Jeff Brooks of Robinson Twp., PA; and Terry (Shelly) Brooks of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Kelly Barnhouse Hess; Stephen DeAngelis; Stephany DeAngelis; Gary Robert Brooks; Ryan Brooks; Austin Brooks; Christian Brooks; Justin Brooks; and Heather Brooks Daglian Miller; and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mary Lou was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Brooks, who died on September 30, 2011; brother, William “Buddy” (the late Betty) Nunley; and sisters, Ruth (the late John) Palmer; Elma (the late Walter) Hatchner; and Audrey (the late Thomas) Seibert.
Burial arrangements were cared for by Campbell’s Chippewa Funeral Home, Inc., 2618 Darlington Road, Beaver Falls, PA 15010 (Randy R. Wheeler, supervisor, 724-843-2500).
