Noble A. Davis

Noble Davis, 85, of Chippewa Twp., went to join his wife Dorothy in heaven on January 18, 2019, after a brief illness, with his family by his side.

Noble was born February 8, 1933, to the late James and Orpha (Hoover) Davis in Kirkwood, WV. Noble retired from B & W, after many years in the East Works. He was a Veteran of the Korean War, was a member of the West Mayfield & Highland VFW, and a longtime member of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church. Noble enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, farming, and was an avid sports fan especially Pittsburgh. Noble also loved to play Blue Grass music with his family and friends.

He is survived by his four children Vicki McLaughlin (Joey Ivey), Kent (Jody) Davis, Mark Davis and Gwen (Don) Young; siblings Jerry (Pat) Davis, Dave Davis, Dolores Garrett; five grandchildren Jessica Davis (Jerry Heaton), Jared Young, Liz McLaughlin (Kevin Bivona), Cody McLaughlin (girlfriend Carly) and Josh (Lindsey) Young; seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is preceded in death by five siblings.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 from 2PM-4PM and again at 5PM until time of service at 7PM in the Campbell's Chippewa Funeral Home, 2618 Darlington Road, Beaver Falls, PA.

While flowers are appreciated and welcomed, the family wishes that donations be made in Noble’s memory to a charity of your choice.

The family would like to thank the Heritage Valley Beaver Hospital staff and Good Samaritan Hospice for all of the special care they gave Noble.
