Jake, age 30, of Beaver Falls, PA, died unexpectedly on Sunday, July 28, 2019 in New Brighton.
He was born May 25, 1989 in Ellwood City, PA, to Ronald Lee & Kimberly Sue (Klingensmith) Hummel, II.
Besides his parents, he is survived by a sister; Jessica Hummel and niece; Sophia Schussler.
Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation on Friday, August 2, 2019 from 2 PM until time of service at 4 PM at A.D. Campbell Funeral Home, Inc. 1326 8th Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA 15010. Reverend Mike Wimer will be officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Jake's name to A.D. Campbell Funeral Home, Inc.
