Rosemarie Murray

Rosemarie Murray, age 89, of Beaver Falls, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2024. She was born in Brownsville, PA on April 15, 1934 and is the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary White Berish.

Rosemarie lived a joyous, loving life. She was a proud wife, mother, and grandmother. Rosemarie worked at Washington and Jefferson College as a stenographer for part of her life. She was also a volunteer at the Beaver Falls Library and at the Heritage Valley Beaver Hospital gift shop. She was very active in the church choir and was a cantor at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church. She also loved doing needlepoint and had her own sewing group.

Rosemarie is survived by her husband, Donald Murray of Beaver Falls, PA; along with her daughter, Michelle (Stephen Bowles) Murray of Sewickley, PA; her three sisters, Virginia (the late John) Begansky of Warren, OH; Viola (Edmund) Sliman of Washington, PA; Nancy (Joseph) Zipko of Washington, PA; and her three beloved grandsons, Patrick Bowles; Adam Bowles; and Joseph Fisher, III.

In addition to her parents, Rosemarie is preceded in death by her daughter, Jeanne Fisher.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 26, 2024 at Noon Saint Augustine Parish, Saint Monica Roman Catholic Church, 116 Thorndale Drive, Beaver Falls, PA 15010. A burial will take place at Beaver Falls Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Campbell’s Chippewa Funeral Home, Inc., 2618 Darlington Road, Chippewa Twp., PA 15010 (Randy R.
